About City Builder

City Builder is a SimCity-style sandbox where you grow a tiny island town into a glowing metropolis. Place roads, zone residential, commercial, and industrial districts, and add parks to keep citizens happy. The city simulates traffic flow, population growth, and tax revenue in real time under a full day/night cycle.

How to Play

1. Drag the road tool to extend the starting street
2. Zone residential lots next to roads so citizens move in
3. Add commercial and industrial zones to create jobs
4. Place parks to boost happiness and keep factories away from homes
5. Balance the tax rate and watch your skyline grow

Controls

• Left Click / Drag: Build selected tool
• Right Click: Bulldoze
• 1-6: Select tool
• Space: Pause
